" Omniture Search Center issue of resetting Google's Quality Score "

After running bid rules on Omniture Search Center for one of our clients we realized that our CPC's and CPA's actually started to rise each time we would update bid rules.

While making analysis on what could of gone wrong we have noticed that our quality score was reset each time we uploaded the changes to the bid rules.

To make sure that this is not just an assumption we contacted our Omniture representative where he actually confirmed that this issue exists within the search center.

At Search Engine Strategies in New York this March 2008, I have raised this question at the Omniture Search Center workshop session where they were introducing their new 3.0 version. And the response was that the new version was released with the same issue.

In my opinion having a Rolls Roys of the bid management tools worth nothing if every time the engine started needs to go through finetuning to make sure it runs perfectly.
